After your order is placed, our team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm colour selection and final details before production begins. You can click here to view our fabric&colour collection online.

- Adelaide customers are welcome to visit our showroom to view the display piece and explore the full fabric and colour range in person.
- Customers outside Adelaide may request a curated fabric sample set to support remote colour selection.
A non-refundable sample fee applies, and samples must be returned after

This consultation ensures fabric tone, colour, and configuration are clearly aligned prior to material allocation.

This production stage typically takes 4β6 weeks, depending on material and configuration.
Step 6ο½Quality Check & Preparation
Each piece undergoes a final quality inspection and is carefully prepared
for dispatch.
Step 7ο½Delivery
Once production is complete, your order is dispatched for delivery.
Estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 6β8 weeks from order confirmation.
