🚛 Delivery Timeframes

We dispatch your order from our Adelaide warehouse the next business day after payment confirmation.

 

Estimated delivery times for in-stock items purchased before 10am:

  • Same/Next Business Day – Adelaide Metro

  • 2–3 Business Days – Melbourne, Regional VIC

  • 3–5 Business Days – Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra

  • 5–6 Business Days – Perth

 

 

🧰 Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (Free or Flat Rate)

  • Curbside delivery to ground floor front door.

  • Driver will deliver during business hours (9am–5pm).

  • Tracking details provided via email and SMS.

  • Authority To Leave available at checkout.

 

 

📦 Bulky & Oversized Items

  • For bulky furniture like lounge chairs or beds, our drivers may require assistance for delivery beyond ground floor.

  • If you live in an apartment or require upstairs delivery, please contact us in advance to arrange a tailored solution.

 

 

🔁 Missed Deliveries & Rebooking

If you miss your delivery:

  • The driver will leave a card.

  • You can reschedule directly with the courier or collect from depot.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply.

 

 

✍️ Change of Address

If your order has not yet shipped, we’re happy to update your address. Once dispatched, re-routing may incur fees from the courier.

 

🚚 Courier Partners & Tracking

Your order is delivered by an established Australian courier, selected according to your delivery address and the size of your items. Your assigned courier and tracking number are sent to you by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
