    Change of mind

    Please choose carefully. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds where you simply change your mind, select the wrong size or colour, or where an item does not fit through an access point. Before ordering, please check measurements, access paths and product information, or contact us for assistance.

    This change-of-mind policy does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not as described, or do not meet a consumer guarantee.

    Australian Consumer Law rights

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods

    Defective or damaged products must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

    If you believe an item is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described or incorrectly supplied, contact us as soon as reasonably practicable with proof of purchase and details of the issue. Photos may help us assess the matter quickly, but your rights are not conditional on retaining the original packaging or making a claim within 7 days.

    If there is a major failure with goods, you may choose a refund or replacement in accordance with the ACL. If the failure is not major, we will provide a remedy within a reasonable time in accordance with the ACL, which may include repair or replacement. Any remedy available under the ACL is not limited by our store warranty period.

    Returns and collection of faulty large goods

    For faulty goods that can be easily returned, you may be asked to return the product using a reasonable method. If we confirm a fault, we will reimburse reasonable return costs in accordance with the ACL.

    For faulty goods that are large, heavy or difficult to remove or transport, including beds, mattresses, sofas and dining tables, we will arrange collection or pay reasonable return transportation costs as required by the ACL.

    Delivery fees and other costs

    Delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind requests, which we do not accept. Where you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, we will provide any applicable refund and reimburse reasonable delivery or return costs where required by law.

    Mattress warranty

    Our Moora mattress series is supplied with a 10-year limited warranty against covered manufacturing and structural defects, in addition to your rights under the ACL. Warranty conditions and the claims process are set out on our Warranty & Returns page.

    How to request a remedy

    Email info@moorafurniture.com.au with your name, order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue and, where reasonably available, photos or video. We will respond with next steps for assessment, repair, replacement, refund or collection as applicable.
