1. About Moora Furniture

These Terms of Service apply when you browse our website, contact us or order goods from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy at https://moorafurniture.com.au/policies/privacy-policy, our Shipping Policy at https://moorafurniture.com.au/policies/shipping-policy and our Return and Refund Policy at https://moorafurniture.com.au/policies/refund-policy.
2. Products and product information
We sell furniture, mattresses, lighting and related home products. We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, including dimensions, materials, colours, prices and availability. Images and colours may appear differently on different screens, and natural materials may have reasonable variations in grain, colour or texture.
Before purchasing furniture, you are responsible for checking product dimensions and access requirements, including doorways, hallways, lifts and stairs. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
3. Prices and payment
All website prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any available options are shown at checkout before you submit your order. Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout.
We may correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors before accepting an order. If this affects an order you have submitted, we will contact you and, where payment has been received and the order is not accepted, refund the affected amount.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy the selected goods. An order is accepted once we send confirmation that it has been accepted or fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, delivery is not available to the address, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Where we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable payment.
5. Delivery and collection
Available delivery and collection information, expected timeframes, delivery method and any charges are set out in our Shipping Policy: https://moorafurniture.com.au/policies/shipping-policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please ensure someone can receive large items where required and that access is suitable for delivery.
6. Change of mind and returns
Please choose carefully. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, incorrect selection, colour preference or access/fit issues. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7. Consumer guarantees and warranties
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Any voluntary warranty offered by us is additional to, and does not limit, your ACL rights. Our Moora mattress series is supplied with a 10-year limited warranty against covered manufacturing and structural defects. Other goods are supplied with the applicable voluntary warranty shown on the product or Warranty & Returns page. 8. Faulty large or heavy goods
If goods are faulty and are large, heavy or difficult to remove or transport, including beds, mattresses, sofas and dining tables, we will arrange collection or pay reasonable return transportation costs where required under the ACL. Original packaging is not required for an ACL remedy.
9. Assembly, use and care
Goods must be assembled, used and cared for in accordance with provided instructions and for their intended household purpose. Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, customer transport, modification, neglect or ordinary wear and tear may not be covered by a voluntary warranty, but nothing in these Terms limits any applicable ACL rights.
10. Promotions, discounts and gift cards
Promotions and discounts may be subject to stated eligibility criteria, availability, end dates and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. Gift cards, if offered, are subject to any terms disclosed when purchased and rights under applicable law.
11. Intellectual property
The website content, branding, product images, text, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Moora Furniture unless indicated otherwise. You may view the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without our written consent or a permission available under law.
12. Acceptable use
You must not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, submit false payment or identity information, or use our content in a misleading manner.
13. Third-party services and privacy
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, delivery, review, analytics or communication providers to operate the store. Third-party services may also have their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the ACL. Subject to those non-excludable rights, we are not liable for loss caused by your misuse of goods, inaccurate information supplied by you, unsuitable access arrangements, or events outside our reasonable control.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and any courts with applicable jurisdiction under consumer law.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing an updated version on this page. The terms applying to an order are those in effect when that order is placed, subject always to applicable law.
