Where is Moora Furniture located?
Our showroom and warehouse are located at 10 William Street, Norwood SA 5067, Australia. The back entrance is on Jude Lane.
What are your support hours?
Our support hours are Monday to Friday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturday to Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (AEST).
How soon will my order be dispatched?
In-stock items are usually dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and the size of the item.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from 10 William Street, Norwood SA 5067 for eligible products. Pickup availability is shown on product pages and at checkout.
How are bulky items delivered?
Bulky furniture such as beds, mattresses, sofas and dining tables is delivered by an established Australian courier selected according to your delivery address and item size. Tracking details are sent by email and SMS after dispatch. For apartments, upstairs delivery, or restricted access, please contact us before ordering.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Please choose carefully. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, colour preference, or access/fit issues. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or do not meet a consumer guarantee.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email info@moorafurniture.com.au as soon as reasonably practicable with your name, order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video where available. We will assess the issue and provide next steps for repair, replacement, refund, or collection where required by law.
What warranty applies?
Our Moora mattress series includes a 10-year limited warranty against covered manufacturing and structural defects. Other products include the warranty shown on the product page or our Warranty & Returns page. Voluntary warranties are in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights.
How can I check product dimensions before ordering?
Product pages include dimensions and material information where available. Please check doorways, hallways, lifts and stairs before ordering furniture. Contact us before purchase if you need help confirming access or sizing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout and may include credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay depending on checkout availability.
